Free Shipping promotions only apply to general sales (wholesale orders are excluded)

Orders sent to addresses within the USA are given a tracking number as soon as the order is completed and shipped.

Any orders received after 3 PM HST will be processed on the following business day.

Lilikoi Wear does not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days after your return has been received and inspected by Lilikoi Wear, provided all of our return/exchange conditions have been met. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 5 business days for shipments to be dispatched. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

Extremely large orders may be subject to an additional shipping charge.

Please note that Lilikoi Wear is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
